BURBANK MulTI-Family

MULTI-FAMILY : 38 UNITS

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Crafting a true sense of connection to the existing site lead the design concept for this Southern California multi-family. Taking full use of a 100-year old tree located in the center of one parcel, the new development’s form frames & highlights the protected planting. The use of wood siding on the facade gives further grace to the elements of nature that the remainder of the building continue to bow to– from the open-air park like circulation to the private community courtyard that can be seen, interiorally, through every unit, and a space to enjoy the outdoors while still offering shelter from the rest of the world.
