HiPoint apartments, a four-story residential build, focuses on the relationship of building two individual units that meet in the middle as well as building to street. By pressing down on the corner of the square development, common open space is no longer insular in nature but rather looks outward toward the city. This not only provides each unit with more exposure to sunlight but also allows for green balconies, the perfect envisioned space for personal gardens to address an area known as a food desert, and access to city views atypical in most low-income affordable housing developments.
